SLIM Fit CLUB
It is a monthly online program ideal to continue your progress after the Slim Fit challenge to keep toning or to start training at your own time and pace.
You will have access to more than 60 "follow along" routines based on HIIT Cardio, Strength & Pilates divided by muscle worked. The perfect combination to see results!
Each routine consists of a complete 40 to 50 minute workout with initial warm up and final stretching.
Also for those hectic days you will have the option of express routines (short but very effective) with La Flaca Fit you have no excuses!
As well as training, recovery is very important, that's why you will have access to different meditation and yoga sessions to restore your body and mind.

The "Mom to Mamacita" program is a prenatal and postnatal fitness and wellness plan designed for expecting and new mothers. It offers personalized coaching with safe and tailored exercises, cardiovascular training, and breathing techniques during pregnancy. If in the postpartum stage we offer a gradual recovery exercises focusing on pelvic floor and abdominal muscles post-birth.
The program includes:

My name is Susy Diab, I am from La Paz Bolivia. I am a Fitness Coach, nutrition enthusiast, model, and actress.
I have played sports since I was six years old. Ultimately competing in tennis at the highest level, traveling around South America is ranked second in Bolivia.
Having been in the modeling industry for a little over ten years now, my body has been scrutinized and critiqued more than I can begin to explain. I was too muscular, or to thin, or too short, depending on the country that I was working in or the client's requirements.
“La Flaca” comes from the affectionate nickname my friends and loved ones gave me, it means skinny in Spanish, but don't get me wrong, you don’t have to be skinny to be fit, every person has different genetics and each body is a different temple that has to be taken care of with love and respect.
To me, It took lots of trial and error trying to figure out what worked best for my body and made me feel the most optimal. Not only from a physical standpoint but also from a mental and spiritual one.
That’s why, with these online Fitness programs, I want to be part of your journey and give you that extra push that we all sometimes need, to reach our prime and become our best selves.
My goal is to focus on targeting your weak spots and building up your self steam with consistency, dedication, and setting up small goals to achieve them.
