Slim Fit Club

You will have access to more than 40 routines divided by muscle worked. 
Each routine consists of a complete workout between 40 to 50 minutes with warmup and stretching.
Also for those “busy” days, you will have Express routines that are shorter but powerful. Because with La Flaca Fit you have no excuses! 
As well as training, recovery is very important in our program, therefore, you will have access to different meditation and yoga sessions to restore your body and mind.
